This Privacy Policy explains how Impact Reality, Inc. ("Impact Reality," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.impactreality.com (the "Site") or interact with our contact, newsletter, or investor-interest forms. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

  • Contact form: name, email address, and message when you reach out through a division contact form.
  • Newsletter signup: email address when you subscribe to updates.
  • Investor interest (StartEngine): email address when you request updates on our StartEngine raise, before being redirected to StartEngine's own offering page.

We do not collect payment information, government ID, or other sensitive personal data on this Site.

Cookies & Local Storage

The Site uses your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) for two purposes only: remembering that you've already seen the cookie notice, and remembering that you've already submitted the StartEngine interest form so we don't ask twice. Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and neither is shared with third parties. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic to the Site — for example, which pages are visited and how the Site performs. This data is anonymized and is not used to identify individual visitors.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to messages sent through our contact forms.
  • To send newsletter updates to subscribers who opted in.
  • To send updates about our StartEngine raise to those who requested them.
  • To monitor and improve the Site's performance and content.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the Site, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms:

  • Brevo — manages our newsletter and investor-interest email lists.
  • FormSubmit — relays messages submitted through our contact forms to our inbox.
  • Cloudflare — hosts the Site and provides analytics and security.
  • StartEngine — the securities offering platform we link to for investment; once you leave our Site for StartEngine, their privacy policy applies.

Data Retention

We retain contact form messages and email list subscriptions for as long as needed to respond to you or as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe from newsletter or investor-update emails at any time using the link in those emails.

Your Choices

  • Unsubscribe from any email using the link included in that email.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us (see Contact below).
  • Decline non-essential local storage using the cookie notice shown on your first visit.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
