Jasmine Uniza

  • Jasmine Uniza was previously a Technical Program Manager at Apple and Oculus. Prior to that, she also worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer for space robotics and aircraft carriers. She founded the brand ‘VR with Jasmine’, which has a following of 50k+ across YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Her videos have garnered millions of views cumulatively. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. She then completed a Program Management Certification and afterwards, earned her Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She has consulted for many VR games and companies both in hardware and marketing.

  • Elliott Tate is a leader in the virtual reality industry, having founded and led several of the largest VR communities, including the Beat Saber Modding, Flat2VR, along with others, growing them to over a million members. His extensive marketing expertise has been instrumental in the successful launch of major VR titles such as Supernatural, Zenith MMO, and Synth Riders. He employs a unique blend of creative storytelling and innovative viral strategies to effectively gain traction in the VR market. Elliott also possesses a strong background in computer science, which has enabled him to develop proprietary systems that enhance marketing initiatives.

Dorothy Ferguson

  • Dorothy FergusonVeteran of interactive entertainment with over 25 years of senior leadership involved in game development, go-to-market sales, product | partner marketing, and leading teams.

    As the Director of Business Development at Unity Technologies, she led the business's strategic growth and expansion in the Americas and Oceania. With over five years of experience in this role, she has successfully established and maintained key platform partnerships with major tech companies, such as META, Microsoft, Xbox, Nintendo, PlayStation, Samsung, Apple, Google, NVIDIA, and Qualcomm. She is proud that her team's first ethics approach allows direct reports to achieve their goals in their career and personal lives.

    In addition to her current roles, she has a rich background in marketing and brand development, cross-functional team leadership.

  • Eric Masher specializes in building communities in the VR space. He founded one of the largest VR-focused communities on Facebook, Quest 2 Community, which now boasts 180k+ members. He is deeply in tune with the VR audience along with professionals in the VR space. He was a Title Advisor to Andromeda Entertainment, which has more VR games published in more headsets than any other non-China based company. This is a result of Eric’s deep network and relationships with VR game devs, VR headset manufacturers and the VR community as a whole. He is also a co-host and producer for four VR/AR podcasts available on every major streaming platform.

  • Natasha Fahey stands at the helm of operational excellence at Impact Reality, serving as the Vice President of Operations. With a formidable career spanning over 15 years in the technology and gaming sectors, Natasha brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to the dynamic environment at Impact Reality. Natasha holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance and Marketing, providing her with the acumen needed to drive efficiency and streamline processes across the company's diverse operations. Her career is marked by a series of successful roles in high-growth technology companies, where she has been pivotal in implementing operational strategies across the business that enhance productivity and foster sustainable growth. At Impact Reality, Natasha is responsible for overseeing the integration of the company's various branches, including Impact Reality PR & Marketing, Flat2VR Studios, Impact Inked, and the innovative Flat2VR Spark. Her leadership ensures that all facets of the company work cohesively towards shared goals, driving Impact Reality’s mission to be a leader in the VR gaming industry. Natasha's approach emphasizes continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring that technological advancements are matched with operational excellence. Her strategic vision focuses on optimizing resource allocation and leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes across departments. 

Natasha Fahey

Skeeva

  • Harry (Skeeva) Skigis is a veteran in the VR/AR/XR space. He was a finalist for VR Content Creator of the Year in 2022 and VR Influencer of the Year in 2021 for the AIXR VR Awards. Skeeva is also listed in the Top 100 Global VR Influencers 2022 list by HTC Vive. He is co-host of the well-known Between Realities VR Podcast, a Correspondent for the top VR news outlet, Upload VR, and spent many years as an LBVR Specialist & Publishing Specialist for SpringboardVR and Vertigo Games. Prior to transitioning full-time into XR, Skeeva had 20+ years of expertise in desktop, network, server, cloud infrastructure, architecture, and support.

Shannon McMeel

  • Shannon McMeel is an experienced HR and finance professional with over 20 years in accounting, finance operations, and human resources management. She currently serves as VP of HR & Finance at Impact Reality, where she focuses on financial operations, accounting, and reporting while supporting broader HR and finance initiatives.

    Previously, Shannon was VP of HR & Finance at Cyborg Security (now part of Intel 471), where she led both functions for six years, driving efficiency and supporting growth. Her earlier experience includes serving as Health Department Manager at The Merriam Insurance Agency and Director of Finance at Corporate Benefit Planning.

    Shannon’s career reflects a blend of financial acumen and HR leadership, enabling her to align people strategies with business objectives. She is passionate about fostering inclusive work cultures, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring organizations thrive both financially and operationally.

  • Tom Raudys is a seasoned game industry professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as Studio Director at Flat2VR Studios. Specializing in XR development, he has contributed to more than 30 commercial titles across both B2B and B2C markets. Based in Amsterdam, Tom leads teams that transform traditional games into immersive virtual reality experiences. He is passionate about pushing the boundaries of gaming and regularly engages with the XR community at major industry events.
